Peace can be found by practicing the 5 Reiki principles, the basic concepts of Reiki healing, known as the “just for today prayer.”

It’s not about getting more, acquiring more, or collecting more. Reiki is about realizing and remembering your original self, the self who is all-abundant, all-encompassing love and peace.
You are the essence of the highest love, which has no bounds. Your true self is overflowing with pure love. You are whole and you are peace. You have everything you need. Everything you need is already within you and has always been there.
