Immerse yourself in the experience of guided meditation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath. Each session is infused with Reiki principles and the invitation to let go, release what’s no longer serving you, and align with your intentions and highest vibration.
You will be surrounded by the resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. The vibrational frequencies of these instruments help to reset your system into beauty and harmony.
Each session is 1 hour long with 20 to 30 minutes of guided meditation.
