This Sunday, September 17 at 6pm, I will be presenting a program at the Wisdom Ways Center for Spirituality in St. Paul. For this one hour program, I’ll be teaching about what Reiki is as an introduction to people who are interested in Reiki but have not had a session yet. The cost is $20. It’s about time that I jump back into teaching Reiki and offering Level 1 and Level 2 attunements in group settings. With this new space, I can safely have a group of 4 to 6 people in a class. I am offering the Level 1 Usui Reiki class and attunement on Sunday, October 8, and Sunday, October 22. Each of these Level 1 classes will go from 10am to no later than 4pm. You will only need to attend one of these Sundays, not both. The cost will be $125. You will receive a Level 1 manual and a certificate of completion. Water, tea, and refreshments will be provided.
The level 1 Reiki attunement amplifies your personal energy with Universal Life Force Energy. You’ll be able to give Reiki to yourself at any time and use it as a complement to your own spiritual practices. Level 1 Reiki helps as a guide to reduce stress, maintain your daily balance as well as your peace and wellbeing.
